Partnerships for Development
Improving aid is all about improving partnerships for development, to harness the energy, skills and experience of all stakeholders – not just governments and donors, but international organisations, civil society organisations and the private sector. At Accra, we recognised that this diversity is a strength which should be welcomed. However, it also increases the challenges of management and coordination, which is essential to increasing the effectiveness of aid.
