The HLF-4 web pages have been set up as collaboration between the OECD, the Government of the Republic of Korea and UNDP, guided by an Advisory Group of key stakeholders to the HLF-4 event.

The Advisory Group provides strategic direction for the HLF-4 web pages, and reports to the Executive Committee of the Working Party on Aid Effectiveness in the OECD DAC. The Advisory Group includes representatives of the Government of the Republic of Korea (Chair), the Government of Ghana, a representative of the BetterAid Coalition on behalf of civil society, the Asian Development Bank (AsDB), the OECD Development Assistance Committee Secretariat, and the UN Development Programme (UNDP).

The web pages are managed on a day-to-day basis by the UNDP Asia-Pacific Regional Centre in Bangkok. Colleagues from all regions are working with national and regional partners to develop regional, country and topic pages on www.aideffectiveness.org which complement the core resources on the HLF-4 web pages.
