Media accreditation
All media representatives planning to participate in the 4th High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness (HLF-4) must be registered, accredited and bear a press ID badge issued at the designated Registration Desk (the exact location of the Registration Desk will be announced later).
Briefing Room Request

On-site requests will be possible during the HLF-4 only if rooms are available. We will receive the requests at the Information Desk in the Media Center. In order to secure your request, we highly recommend that you reserve rooms on-line.
I. Registration Guide
- All participants must register online no later than November 7th
- To register, please prepare the documents listed below:
(Photographs which do not adhere to the listed criteria will be not accepted.)
- A photo taken within the last 3 months
- Color ‘JPG’ or ‘GIF’ format
- Minimum 100KB, Maximum 3MB in size
- A scanned copy of your passport, if you are from outside of the Republic of Korea
- A scanned copy of your identification card or driver’s license, if you are from the Republic of Korea
- A scanned copy of your ID card issued by your media organization or official accrediting body
- The press ID card must include your name, photo, and affiliated organization and must be valid through December 1, 2011, the final day of the Forum.
- Employee ID cards may substitute press ID cards.
- For Seoul foreign correspondents, the press ID card issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism may serve as a valid press ID card.
- Present your press ID card to the Media Registration Center of the Forum when you pick up your press ID badge.
- A scanned copy of the letter of assignment from your media organization
- The letter must be written in English or Korean with an official letterhead and a signature from an authorized individual within the organization.
- The letter of assignment may cover a group of media representatives from your organization. However, the document should be submitted individually for the registration.
- For foreign correspondents within bureaus in Seoul, the letter may be issued by the Seoul Bureau of Chief of your media organization.
- Present the original copy of the letter of assignment along with your press ID card (or Passport) to the Media Registration Center when you pick up your press ID badge.
II. Registration Process

- Go to the Busan High Level Forum website at:

- Click on the ‘Registration’ banner on the web site to access the online registration page.

- Click on the ‘On-line Registration’ link on the online registration page, then select ‘Media.’
- Fill out the registration form and submit your documents.
*Personal information can be revised until November 7th, 2011
- The Committee will notify you via e-mail as to whether your registration has been
successfully processed.
- Confirmation of accreditation will be issued only after the applicant obtains a security
clearance.
- If you receive a confirmation of registration email, which will also contain the certificate of
accreditation, you will have completed the on-line registration process.
