      Format of Presentation materials

  • To minimize technical problems, please inform us beforehand about the format of your presentation (MS Word, PowerPoint, PDF, and video file, etc.). If you are preparing any other format including video files, please specify any required facilities in advance as well.

     Room Documents for Sessions

  • In case you would like to circulate additional room documents related to the sessions, please send them by 18 November via e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ).

3. Interpretation services

  • For your reference, Korean-English, English-French, English-Spanish interpretation services are offered during the thematic sessions on Day 1, the opening and closing ceremonies, plenaries and building block sessions on Day 2 and 3.


4. Preview room/waiting room for speakers

  • If you would like to review your presentations, a Preview Room/Waiting Room (Multifunctional Hall 2F) will be available and fully equipped with tables and laptops.

Flight Information (date, time, flight no., place of arrival & departure)
Accommodation (hotel, check-in & check-out date)

  Photo (size specified on on-line registration page)
Biography (no more than 200 words)
