Information for delegates
The Fourth High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness will take place at the Busan Exhibition and Convention Centre (BEXCO) in Busan, Republic of Korea from 29 November – 1 December 2011.
Registration
The Organizing Office for HLF-4 regret to inform you that as of November 24, 2011 (Thursday), Korea time 18:00, changes to delegation lists will no longer be accepted. Additional delegates who haven’t informed the Organizing Office by this time will not be able to attend the HLF-4 as we are no longer accepting delegates to register on-site.
For the delegates who have been approved online or instructed to register on-site, please refer to the following timeline to pick-up IDs and proceed with the on-site registration, respectively, at BEXCO Exhibition Hall 3:

Busan Exhibition and Convention Centre (BEXCO)
Address: #1291 Woo2-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan 612-704 Korea.
All official HLF-4 meetings and side events will be held at BEXCO. Simultaneous interpretation will be available during all official HLF-4 meetings. A VIP lounge will be made available for senior level participants (Ministers and Heads of Delegations).
International transportation
Except as otherwise noted, all international travel arrangements will be the responsibility of HLF-4 participants.
Gimhae International Airport in Busan is a major hub, served by 19 airlines offering over 452 scheduled flights per week. It’s only 40 minutes from the downtown area. For more information, please see the Gimhae airport site.
Any foreign visitors wishing to enter the Republic of Korea must have a valid passport and, if necessary, obtain a visa before departure. The website of the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade provides information on which countries citizens require a visa.

Getting from the airport to BEXCO
Busan has an efficient transport system including buses, taxis and a subway system connecting all parts of the city, including the convention venue, hotels, downtown areas and the Korea Train Xpress (KTX) stations.
Gimhae International Airport lies 27km away from BEXCO. You can reach BEXCO from the airport by:
- taxi – the journey takes approximately 25 minutes and will cost around 32 000won (US$28) for a deluxe taxi and around 22 000won (US$19) for a regular taxi; or
- limousine bus – the journey takes approximately 35 minutes and costs 6 000won (US$5).

Seoul to Busan
Flights from Seoul to Busan depart every 30 to 40 minutes. The journey time is one hour. For more information please see the Korean Air or Asiana Air sites.
