FAQs
Who can attend the Forum?
The Fourth High-level Forum on Aid Effectiveness is organised by the Republic of Korea and the OECD. The Republic of Korea, the host country, in consultation with the HLF-4 core group on logistics (OECD, ADB, UNDP, World Bank and the Government of Ghana), issued invitations to the Minister responsible for development cooperation or head of agency for each country or aid agency invited to the event. Additional invitations were issued in July to representatives of the private sector, civil society and academia, in consultation with the core group. It is important to note that only those invited will be able to attend.
